Who this is for
- Confluence Cloud sites with 15 or more users. Smaller sites do not need this offer — diagram.now is currently $0 for Confluence sites with up to 10 users, so there is nothing to discount.
- Teams that keep technical documentation in Confluence and already have diagrams somewhere else — Visio, Lucidchart, Gliffy, draw.io, or Mermaid in a repo.
- Someone on the team who can actually try it within the first few weeks. We want usage and feedback, not a parked licence.
The terms, plainly
- 20 teams. Once the places are taken, the offer closes.
- Open until 30 September 2026.
- Three monthly billing cycles at 100% off. After that, standard Marketplace pricing applies and you can cancel at any time.
- Monthly billing. The discount applies to a monthly subscription; per Atlassian, switching an instance between monthly and annual billing ends the promotion discount.
- Redeemed on the Atlassian Marketplace. The code is applied to your own subscription in your Atlassian account — we never need your billing details.
- No review is required. See below.
We hand the promotion code out one team at a time rather than publishing it, so that the places genuinely go to teams in this size range. Ask and we will send it to you.
About reviews — read this bit
This is an acquisition and feedback offer, not a review incentive. Nothing here depends on you leaving a review, a rating, a testimonial, or any public mention, and nothing about your discount, your access, or the migration help changes based on what you say about us — publicly or privately.
If, after you have used diagram.now yourself and independently decided it worked for your team, you would like to write a Marketplace review, we would be glad. We will only ever ask about that after the fact, and "no" costs you nothing.
What we ask in return
Use it on something real, and answer a short note from us after a few weeks: what you tried, what worked, what you gave up on. That is the whole deal. If diagram.now turns out to be wrong for your team, telling us that is just as useful.
