Search Diagram

Search labels, tags, tooltips, and custom metadata across the current page or the whole diagram, then jump straight to the matching shape.

Edit Tags

Assign case-sensitive tags to the current selection. Separate tags with commas or new lines.

Saving replaces the tag list on the selected shapes.

Show or hide tagged shapes in this browser session without changing the saved diagram.

Edit Connector Label

Leave the field empty and save to remove the label.

With Mathematical Typesetting enabled, use \(x^2\), $$x^2$$, or `sqrt(x)`.

Diagram Properties

Define diagram-level properties that resolve in labels and tooltips across every page. Use {{author}} or %author% for your own values, and use placeholders such as %page%, %pagenumber%, %pagecount%, %date%, %time%, and %filename% for read-only metadata.

Name your diagram

Give this diagram a short name so you can find it later and so readers see it above the diagram on the Confluence page.

Custom Fonts

Add diagram-specific system or web fonts that appear in the font pickers. Web fonts only load from secure https:// URLs and travel with saved diagrams, XML imports/exports, publish links, and published HTML artifacts.

Edit Data

Add per-shape tooltip text and custom key/value metadata. Use placeholders such as %owner%, %page%, %id%, or %width% in labels and tooltips; hover shows the tooltip first and then the custom properties summary.

Reserved keys used by built-in integrations stay managed by their own tools and are not edited here.

Collect the current diagram text as plain text.

Check Spelling

Review the diagram text in a spellcheck-enabled editor. Changes here do not update the diagram.

Keyboard Shortcuts

Use these shortcuts while editing. When a dialog is open, Tab and Shift+Tab keep focus inside the dialog until you close it.

Choose how the current page adapts its colors in light and dark mode. These settings are saved with the diagram file and apply per page.

Export or apply a focused diagramsnow configuration JSON. This first pass covers themes, plugins, shared library links, defaults, and current-diagram global properties. Only the sections you include are applied, and browser-local scratchpad/custom-shape contents stay outside this file.
